Sunday · 8 March

  • 18:00–21:00 Ice-Breaker Reception
  • We warmly invite all participants to join us for the Sunday evening ice-breaker reception. Use the opportunity to meet fellow attendees while enjoying complimentary finger food and drinks.
  • Join the event and reserve your shuttle transfer: Here.
  • Even if you do not require a shuttle, we would still appreciate your registration as it helps us with planning.

    History, Culture & Cuisine, followed by “All in the Same Boat”: An opportunity for scientific exchange and networking in an inspiring atmosphere with scenic views and free drinks.

Wednesday · 11 March

  • Start: 9:00 AM
    Plenary Sessions & Poster Presentations
    19:30 Conference Dinner in Heidelberg

Thursday · 12 March

General Information

Regular talks are scheduled for 20 minutes, including discussion

Venue opens: 8:00 AM (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Shuttle Service will be operated on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Morning: 7:50–8:50 AM
Evening: after the scientific programme

Detailed timetables and description of the meeting point will follow.

Please note the specific shuttle arrangements for Sunday.
