We have reserved a contingent of 10 bunk bed rooms, each accommodating two people, for the Seminar and 30 for the Conference at the Jugendherberge Braunschweig. The costs will be covered by our sponsor GFF. However, we would like to point out that you will have to share a room with another YSM participant (women and men separately). During the registration you can indicate your preferred room mate in the comment field. If you prefer another hotel or if you like to have a single room, please do not choose the accommodation option during registration and make your own hotel reservation and payment.
Important: Please let us know well enough in advance if you have to cancel your participation in the YSM and do not need the room at the Jugendherberge. Unfortunately, we still have to pay for rooms cancelled at short notice. Your early cancellation will also help other participants who have registered on the hotel waiting list and can move up.
